Deadspin has uncovered footage of GOP Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin as 24 year-old news anchor Sarah Heath doing sports for KTUU-TV in Anchorage, Alaska.
The most shocking thing about this video isn't the shear volume of her late 80's haircut. The most surprising thing is how much the NHL has changed in the past 20 years. She leads into her NHL coverage with a story touting Basil McRae, Richard Zemlak, and the Minnesota North Stars' thugish ways. She then goes on to give scores from around the league. Look at these scores! 7-6, 8-3, 8-1!
