What about "The Birdman"?

Zoner Sports has uncovered a video of the 5 worst dunks ever from the NBA Slam Dunk Contest. I'm not sure when this video was made, but if it was after 2005, the omission of Chris "Birdman" Anderson's dunk contest display is a huge oversight.
