Fletcher to fight for job

Contrary to what I reported last week, the Bruins will invite 4 non-roster players to training camp, including 20-year-old defenseman Scott Fletcher. Fletcher plans to literally fight for a job (found via Bruins Blog). The 6'4" 227 lb defenseman racked up 153 penalty minutes in just 44 games for the Niagara Falls IceDogs of the OHL last season. In his 4 seasons in the OHL, Fletcher has compiled far more PIMs than points. During that time, the Detroit area native has 516 PIMs and 7 points (1-6-7).
It looks like the Baby B's are looking to play some Old Time Hockey down in Providence this year.
