Much like the famed rodent/weather forecaster Punxsutawney Phil, Boston Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobs seemingly only makes one public appearance a year. This year's appearance will take place tomorrow night when season ticket holders are invited to What's that little fella? Six more years of first round exits?
