Team Marketing Report released it's annual Fan Cost Index. The Fan Cost Index is used to estimate the total cost for a family of four to attend a game. The Bruins were third on the list with a Fan Cost Index of $352.60. The average ticket price this year is $64.10 at TD Banknorth Garden.
