New Blog: Backing the Pack for NC State Fans!

spread the word

Welcome to the New Home of Stanley Cup of Chowder

About a month ago, I was approached by James Mirtle to join SB Nation as their new Boston Bruins blog. Naturally, I jumped at the chance to be included with some of the best sports blogs on the Internet. After a month of working out the logistics of my move and working with the site designers to revamp my site,  the new and improved Stanley Cup of Chowder is ready to go live.

Hopefully most of my readers from the old blogspot site have made their way over to the new site. If you have read the old Stanley Cup of Chowder blog, you can expect more of the same with some new features for reader interaction. Readers can post their thoughts in the FanPosts section or post links, pics, videos, quotes, etc. in the FanShots section. The entire archives of my posts from the old site are up on the new site, just in case you want to take a trip down memory lane with some of Stanley Cup of Chowder's greatest hits.

If you are new to the site, you can expect hard-hitting coverage of the Boston Bruins with some irreverent (and sometimes irrelevant) humor mixed in.

I am excited to be the voice of B's fans for SB Nation and I look forward to reaching new readers. I hope you will check back here often and be a part of the discussion.

Let’s go Bruins!

Evan

Yeah, the Bruins will be smacking the Caps down...

Question is, will the smackdown of the Caps be in rented mule territory or baby seal territory??

JP, thanks for all your help with the move to SBN.

We’ll have to think of something fun for Saturday’s game.

Welcome!

Nice to have you on the network! Got any of Wheeler’s hair for a voodoo doll? I’m guessing no…

If you have questions feel free to ask, but I’ll jut ask FrankD or PPP anyways, so I guess you can skip me ;-)

Welcome to SBN!

Been looking for more and more hockey coverage on the network, and it looks like the Bruins will be well-represented now.

Welcome

Great to see some Bruins love on SB Nation. I used to be a member of the Boston Bruins Fan Club (back when they used to send out typewritten newsletters) in the 80’s when Pete Peters was my one true love. Exciting to see the team at the top of the charts again too.

Keep the faith!
