PC is not confident in this team. He shaved the playoff beard.

Has everyone given up on the B’s???

Perhaps everyone is at the game...
I know our GDT’s get a bit vacant during home games.

There’s no penalty I hate to see a team take more than Too Many Men on the Ice.

Bergeron has been a bright spot tonight. Very strong on the puck and has made some heads up plays.

Someone’s got to step up. Why not him?
by Stanley Cup of Chowder on Oct 21, 2009 8:26 PM EDT up reply actions
Exactly. It couldnt be a better time for him to step up. As long as he can stay healthy he has tons to contribute.
I agree. I think he is going to have a good year.

Tim Thomas hasn’t looked sharp tonight at all

he has not looked great (aside from one game) this season. The schedule has been pretty nasty. I’m hoping after another week or 2 things will taper down.
little shaky handling that puck

Brad Marchand strikes me as the type of guy that calls everyone “broseph”

Did I hear somebody say that the schedule has been pretty nasty. The next 6 weeks the Bruins play 19 games. December looks easy on paper though.
Bitz might be the best forechecker on this team

nashville really killing aggressively
Covering the points tight on this kill. The slot’s gotta open up.

I love the Predators unis…not so much the logo
by Stanley Cup of Chowder on Oct 21, 2009 9:07 PM EDT reply actions
one of the better ones
The color scheme is nice, I like their home ones especially. Don’t mind the logo but agree it doesn’t have the “classic” feel to it that seems like it will stand the test of time
They kind of look like Merrimack’s uniforms

by Stanley Cup of Chowder on Oct 21, 2009 9:16 PM EDT reply actions
agreed
a bit surprised they didn’t give matching minors, but in a 3-2 game they probably want to just let em play
i gotten so used to watching the B's without Marco
still kind of weird to see him out there consistently. Wasn’t expecting him to be around after this offseason (at least initially) either.
I’ll take it. W is a W…even if it’s against a bad team
