Quiet Day in Wilmington
Most of the Bruins were given the day off from on-ice training today. Only Manny Fernandez, Byron Bitz, Mark Stuart, Matt Hunwick, and Blake Wheeler skated today under the guidance of assistant coaches Doug Houda and Craig Ramsay and goaltending coach Bob Essensa. The rest of the players worked out off the ice.
There is still no real updates on the injuries to Petteri Nokelainen and Chuck Kobasew. Boston.com is reporting that Nokelainen had a doctor's appointment today to examine his eye. Chuck Kobasew was at the rink today for treatment, but Claude Julien doesn't know if he will be able to practice tomorrow.

KPD said on HF that he is home and according to a close friend, will be fine.
obviously not official, but it was still a big sigh of relief for me at least.
Thanks for the update. I’m glad to hear he is OK.
I’m surprised KPD hangs around the message boards to be honest. I would never post anything I heard on a message board. HFBoards is the best one, but it still a cesspool of bad information and no founded rumors for the most part.
