Aaron Ward talks about Walker's sucker punch
Aaron Ward spoke with the media today after the morning skate about the incident with Scott Walker in Game 5.
"It's a joke. It's honestly a joke. I don't remember a single word being said. I was looking at Matt Cullen. The moment I saw his right hand was when it was about a foot away from my face."
When asked if he will wear a visor as instructed by doctors:
"I haven't worn one in 16 years. I'm not going to start now."
Ward also added that he never spoke to Colin Campbell regarding the incident before Campbell issued his ruling.

I just thought that my readers (on both sides) would want to see what Ward said about it. I’m done talking about it though. I think everyone knows where I stand.

I agree with you, Aaron is obviously going to be upset about the situation, but his quote about the “Karl Rove spin” is absolutely hilarious!!
Walker also had an interesting interview on local radio down here, but I haven’t been able to find an article with the quotes…
