Tuukka Rask is tearing it up for the Baby B's in AHL playoffs

It looks like Tuukka Rask is getting the job done down in the land of corruption and coffee milk. Through 6 games in the AHL Calder Cup Playoffs, Tuukka Rask has a record of 5-1 with a GAA of 1.31 and a .957 save percentage. The Providence Bruins took their first round series over the Portland Pirates in 5 games and have a 1-0 lead over the Worcester Sharks in the second round. Game 2 of the series is Wednesday at 7:05 at the DCU Center in Worcester.

I wouldn’t have given Thomas more than 2 or 3

So you think it was a total bone headed move?
At the start of the debate over the extension, I’d thought he’d earned it, and I feel that a team starts with good goal tending.
However, Tuukka ready to come up, all this young RFA talent, it’s going to be tough.
Of course, win it all, then we can debate with a big weight off of our chests.
I think giving him 4 years with most the money front-loaded to the first few years might be a mistake. I think Thomas earned this payday but I don’t know if I like the terms.

That’s offensive. How dare you leave out clamcakes.
(Health services are supposedly Rhode Island’s biggest industry, but it’s just a front for the Patriarca family. Shhh.)
