Bob McKenzie: "...before the night is out, Thomas Kaberle is going to be a Boston Bruin"
Bob McKenzie from TSN is reporting that a deal involving Phil Kessel plus a draft pick (not a 2009 1st rounder) for Tomas Kaberle is extremely likely.
Check out TSN.ca for the video"I got to believe firmly that before the night is out Tomas Kaberle is going to be a Boston Bruin. I'd be shocked if it is anything else" - TSN's Bob McKenzie

According to NHL numbers....
Kaberle is making 4.25 million a year though 2010/11.
If that goes through, who else do we dump/trade for cap space?

Still a saving from the $5 million+ Kessel probably wants.
Kobasew or (in my opinion) Andrew Ferance.
Doesn’t sound like this deal is happening now though.

Looks like McKenzie is shocked.
Good grief, I’m just a fan, and even I figured that deal would never happen. It made next to no sense for either side. Not every GM is as dumb as Philly’s.
