2009 NHL Draft: Boston Bruins select Ben Sexton in 7th round

The Boston Bruins finished off their 2009 NHL Entry Draft by selecting center Ben Sexton from the Nepean Raiders (CJHL). Sexton is the son of Florida Panthers Assistant General Manager Randy Sexton. Sexton has committed to play college hockey at Clarkson in the fall 2010. He racked up 35 points and 54 PIMs in 38 games for Nepean this season.
