Gorton is offering the 5th and 37th picks for the 4th pick. The Bruins were looking to pick "The Swede" (Nicklas Backstrom), but the Caps were not at all interested and ended up selecting Backstrom with the 4th pick, while the B's settled for Phil Kessel at #5.
