I’m glad they’re having a lottery. I have no luck with these kinds of things, but I also have no time to stand in a line. It’s tough to justify $300 for one game, but I guess it’ll be a once-in-a-lifetime thing.
So, apparently, it’s registering to get reminded to register on the actual date of Sept. 15th. Is Judge Baum running this thing?
Where did you see this? I’ve been reloading the page since noon trying to be the first to register, but my patience is wearing thin. I really do not want to miss out on attempting to get this lottery. I feel like the second I take a lunch break I will miss it.

Don’t reload the page! Go to the www.nhl.com/winterclassic address, it had previously redirected to a page about 2009 so you may just be reloading that page instead of the 2010 page.
They made it sound like you could register for the lottery today. I guess even NHL.com is fishing for traffic this time of year.

Yeah, no kidding.
I had a meeting and missed the 12 noon register time, so I thought I’d be screwed.
Now just have to make sure to be here that day…
