Bruins start informal on-ice workouts on Monday

Hockey season is officially right around the corner. Several members of the Bruins will be back in town next week to start informal workouts in preparation for training camp. The first on-ice session is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 31st at Ristuccia Arena in Wilmington. These sessions are usually open to public, but I would recommend calling the Bruins media and fan information line (617-624-1910) first before heading out to the the rink. There is no word on what players will be on the ice in Wilmington next week. I would guess that a lot of the younger prospects will skating next week since they need to report to Wilmington by the end of the week for the start of rookie camp before traveling to Kitchener for the rookie tournament.
