The Bruins announced today that they have made some cuts to the NHL roster.
The Bruins assigned Jordan Knackstedt and Matt Marquardt, along with goalies Matt Dalton and Adam Courchaine to the Providence Bruins.
Scott Feltcher and Rob Kwiet, who had attended training camp on tryout agreements, were released and will attend Providence's training camp. While unsigned draft picks Alain Goulet and Lane MacDermid were also released and will be invited to attend training camp in Providence.
Unsigned draft picks Jordan Caron, Ryan Button, Michael Hutchinson, and Tyler Randell were returned to their junior teams for more seasoning.
8 players who attended rookie camp on tryout agreements were also released (Jason Lawrence, Brad Good, Mark Isherwood, Taylor MacDougall, Peter Stevens, Jason Wilson, and Marc Zanetti).
