Claude Julien confirms deal with Satan; TSN reporting prorated 1-year, $700K deal
Much like Homer Simpson trading his soul for a donut, it appears the Bruins have made a deal with Satan...Miroslav Satan that is. Matt Kalman of ESPN Boston is reporting that Bruins head coach Claude Julien has confirmed the deal and the 35-year old Slovakian left winger will be at practice with the Bruins tomorrow. TSN is reporting that it is a one-year deal worth $700,000 and prorated. If my math is correct, that means that Satan will make roughly $350,000 (give or take a few grand).
At that price, I think this is a great move. You can never have enough veteran goal-scoring depth. Plus, this photo of him beating up a BC guy doesn't hurt my opinion of him one bit.

The first thing I thought of when I heard this news was this (NSFW-L):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TErIFY0T9Ts
like this move a lot
For 350k, it’s a small gamble to take. Don’t know where he’ll slide in on the lines regularly, but it gives Julien more versatility for dealing with the inevitable injuries that plague any team over the course of the season.
BC does in fact suck.
BU defending Champs gonna repeat! Oh wait, no… we suck this year 8 : ( <—- Sad panda
Above Photo
should have the caption " and thats for taking an $300k out the Bruins cap hit"
You don't score on 100% of the shots you don't take!

What is the guy who hands out the religious leaflets outside the Garden going to do when people start walking in with jerseys that say Satan and have signs that say “HAIL SATAN”?
Those jerseys are going to sell like crazy.
