Bergeron and Bruins tame White Tigers 7-1
The Bruins must have taken the advice of legendary Vegas performer Roy Horn before Tuesday's preseason tune-up in the Czech Republic, because the Bruins did not take the White Tigers easy. The Bruins cruised to a 7-1 victory over the Liberec White Tigers of the Czech Extraliga. Patrice Bergeron led the way with 5 points (2 goals, 3 assists), while Nathan Horton,Tyler Seguin, Blake Wheeler, Gregory Campbell, and Jordan Caron all found the back of the net as well for the B's.
Former Worcester IceCat and Portland Pirate Andrej Podkonicky was the lone goal scorer for the White Tigers. Podkonicky beat Tim Thomas on a 2-on-0 set-up by former NHLer Petr Nedved.

Great to see Seguin continue to score goals early in this season. I know it was agains inferior teams but it is nice to see.
What’s good about it is that it’s a signal he’s getting comfortable with things. I don’t think he has had the best camp – there’s been flashes of something special but he has not been the best rookie overall. However, the talent is there and as he settles in more I think we’ll really see how he shapes up.
They’re not NHL level, but they’re generally better players/teams than he’s faced in his career to date (other than the odd fellow top prospect), so I’d definitely take it as a positive.

I wouldn’t say “see” per se.

What else is CSN going to show? There’s only so many times you can air re-runs of Mohegan Sun Sports Tonight and Revs games. To be fair, the furthest the C’s go is Toronto. The Bruins are on the other side of the world.
