Bruins to open '10-'11 season in Prague

It's has been rumored for months, but the NHL made it official today by announcing that the Bruins will open the 2010-'11 season in Prague, Czech Republic as part of the 2010 NHL Premiere Games. The B's are one of 6 teams that will be opening their season in Europe. The Bruins will play two games against the Phoenix Coyotes on October 9th and 10th. The Columbus Blue Jackets will take on the San Jose Sharks in Stockholm, Sweden, while the Minnesota Wild and Carolina Hurricanes will play in Helsinki, Finland.

After this trip, the Coyotes could have more fans in Prague than Glendale.
