Savard Done?

Marc Savard most likely out for the remainder of the season with a  grade 2 concussion? What else is new? Are the Bruins done?? Wow unbelieveable thats all we need. Maybe Miroslav Satan will step up and bring his offensive game to the ice(sleeping giant).  Lucic has been injured twice this year so has Savard, once with a broken foot and now with concussion. Bruins making the playoffs???Forget about it, everyone is waiting for the #1 draft pick next year, soooooo sad.....

Edmonton is getting the first overall pick unless the lottery fucks them, and to be honest I wouldn’t be surprised if it does. Oh, the screaming from Toronto…

is it still speculation that he’s done for the year or is it fact? Will he be back for the playoffs?

the fuck is your problem?

When the GM says that he “is likely done for the season”, I would be VERY surprised to see him play again this year (regular season or playoffs).

Yeah I suppose so. I’m just keeping up my false hopes that maybe, just maybe management is making it sound worse than it really is.

If I want your opinion, I'll give it to you.

He has to sit in a quiet, dark room all day currently. I would be surprised if he got back to being able to play hockey in a bright arena, getting hit, and in front of a roaring crowd anytime soon. However, concussions are hard to predict.

well in that case a return seems very bleak. I’m pretty sure we offered Savard a new contract earlier this year, but does this make him expendable after the season?

I would be just as surprised if he didn’t play next year as I would be if he did any more this year. Bergeron had a worse concussion and he’s gotten his game back.

If I were Krejci I’d be getting one of those Messier concussion helmets, though. Centers get it bad around here.
