The great Fluto this week mentions two things I find interesting:
1. Wideman led the B's in scoring this post season. I mean, this makes it a bit easier to swallow the errors, but does more to frustrate me into perpetually wondering what this guy could be like if he'd play with 100% effort all the time.
2. According to Fluto, the last time top 3 teams swapped picks it was #3 pick, 2nd Round pick + young established NHL player. He goes on to suggest the B's could swap from #2 to #1 via #2 pick, 2nd Round pick + Wheeler.
I would do that in a second. I like Wheeler a good amount, but given they likely can't afford to keep him and improve the team significantly I would be okay with moving him to secure the guy you want in the draft.
3. Does anyone have a good argument for Seguin over Hall? I seem to be 95% on Hall right now.
