Did Shawn Thornton doom the careers of Tyler Seguin & Nathan Horton in Boston?

As most listeners to Toucher & Rich on 98.5 The Sports Hub know, Bruins players that have dinner with Shawn Thornton don't usually remain on the roster long. Call it a curse or a mere coincidence, but it seems that everyone who joins Mr. Thornton for a meal ends up getting jettisoned elsewhere. So it was only natural that the crew over at T&R were concerned when they found out Thornton went out to dinner recently with first round draft pick Tyler Seguin and newly-acquired winger Nathan Horton.

The B's enforcer called into The Sports Hub's morning show and talked about a number of things including Marco Sturm's upcoming charity poker tournament, nerdy bloggers, Marc Savard's hurt feelings and douchey wardrobe, Tyler Seguin's potential, and Thornton taking BP at Fenway.

Seguin and Horton were in town to be introduced by the Bruins and Thornton is the only Bruin who lives in town year round.
