Brad Marchand is once again the camp pest
Brad Marchand made a splash at rookie camp 2 years ago when he dropped the gloves with Jordan Knackstedt on the first day of camp after some chippy play by the compact forward. Well it seems the pest is up to his old tricks. According to Fluto Shinzawa of the Boston Globe, Marchand took veteran blueliner Dennis Seidenberg out at the knees during a scrimmage today, which led to Seidenberg retaliating with a slash to the back of Marchand's leg to send a message to the young prospect about how things work in the big boys camp.

can’t decide if this is great because he’s getting the troops ready for regular season play where this stuff happens all the time
OR
this sucks because the regular season hasn’t started yet and he’s taking hits at teammates knees.
i guess a little bit of both.
No harm I guess, sounds like Marchand knew he made a mistake. In another article I read Sieds said, with a smile, he should have hit him harder!
