This past Saturday I went to the RIT vs Army game at RIT. Tigers scored first and took a 1-0 lead. Army then came back with 3 unanswered, all from Andy Starczewski, for the natural hat trick to make it 3-1. There were probably 20 Army fans in attendance sitting behind their bench. As soon as the 3rd goal went it, they went nuts and a few hats came out onto the ice. Here's the thing that I want to hear people's opinion on: those fans who threw their hats onto the ice got booted from the game immediately. Should they have been allowed to stay? Were they asking for trouble by throwing hats onto away ice?
side note: game finished 5-3 RIT, they scored 4 unanswered to win, woot.
