A Date That Will Live In Infamy

Well I am sure most of us know that Today marks the 70th Anniversaryof the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, Of course I was no where close to being born yet, Hell My parents were not even a thought in there parents eyes,
any way it got me thinking about that day and how many lives were changed and how many players from all sports traded in jerseys for militaryuniforms to serve there respected countries, Milt Schmidt, Woody Dumartand Bobby Bauer, "The Kraut line" Frank Brimsek "Mr Zero" are just a few from the NHL to join

I really Don't know why I posted this Fan post I just felt like it was an easy way to say Thank You for serving our country, and that goes for all those Current men and women serving now as well to

Poor Frank Brimsek never was the same after serving in the Navy during the war.

I wonder if he ever ran into my grandfather, who served on a minesweeper in the pacific…hmmm.
