Bite, Scratch, and Yell

I said this almost 2 months ago, talking about the series against Montreal - in order to come back and win this series, you've got to Bite, Scratch, and Yell (here's the original post: http://www.stanleycupofchowder.com/2011/4/18/2119349/bite-scratch-and-yell).

It sounds kind of funny, even silly maybe, but it's so true. The Canucks poked the bear (the BRUIN) in game 1 and game 2. Game 3 they shot her cub (Horton), and now they have to deal with an angry, hungry monster.

I remarked to a friend of mine yesterday (talking about some of the stuff that happened in games 1 and 2): "Don't bears kill and eat Canucks and other choochy people who wander too far into the woods and do things like that?"

Yeah, they do.

The Bruins will need to Bite, Scratch, and Yell in Vancouver and win a game there at least once in this series, and all I can say is that they can beat these guys - I can't tell you how often I've heard and read comments like "well, even if the Bruins make the finals, it doesn't matter, they're not getting past whoever comes out of the West." But you know what, if they bring that mentality, focus, precision, and grit to their game, they can win the whole damn thing.

I know I'm not the only one who believes... is there anyone else out there thinking the same thing?
