Figuratively speaking say we were ALL FILTHY STINKING RICH MILLIONAIRES..... And let's just say we all wanted to start up a new NHL Franchise in a location of our choice, Where would you start up a team? what would it be named? how would it look? would it take the place of a failing franchise? or start from Scratch?
