Around SBN: NFL Owners Vote to Change Trade Deadline

As of 2013...

...Nebraska will also run on Dunkin'.

YEE-FAHKIN'-HAW.

Y'all have NO idea how exciting that is for meeeeee. No more crappy school coffee (which, btw is full of crap. LITERALLY.) and now I can have as much energy as Tyler Seguin. YAY for turbo-shots...?

NO MORE buying Dunkin' to make in my coffee maker at home (unless I chooooooose to)!

NO MORE lame-ass Scooters and expensive Stahbucks and sucky Panera coffee (Panera needs to stick with making delicious bagels and bread...their coffee SUUUUUUUUUUCKS).

Neeheehee o god so much caffine in my future.

ARRRRGH…so should I look at this as a good or bad thing? Good: It’s kinda getting closer to CA. Bad: I think the most western one is in AZ, and yet it still hasn’t come to CA yet! :(

. . .

People really come from Nebraska? And those people have heard of coffee? And hockey? And the internet?

Seriously though, that’s beautiful. I highly recommend the pumpkin.

i don’t currently own a tractor.
NOR DO I OWN THE POWDER BLUE PICKUP TRUCK THAT HAS BEEN MY ONLY DESIRE (well, besides winning a Stanley Cup every year) SINCE I WAS FIVE.

I will never get the love for Dunkin, sorry folks. Coffee’s like water, donuts like bricks. Though I can see it’s appeal in the wastes of Nebraska. I hope you’re at least near Omaha for your sake.

by TomServo42 on Jan 20, 2012 2:13 PM EST reply actions

I much prefer Starbucks or an independtly owned kind of place, but Dunkin’s pumpkin coffee is out of this motherfuckin’ world.

I won’t eat anything there, though… stuff’s about as light as a brick, and it repeats on me for like a week.

Starbucks is garbage to me. Way too oily and acrid. Dunkins is solid, nothing special, but their relatively low cost is appreciated.

Our intention isn't to discuss this... it's to see if you can bleed.

Starbucks has a few things I looooove:

  • egg nog latte
  • pumpkin spice latte
  • fruit and cheese bistro box

Basically, I mostly go there October through December… and not if I can get a pumpkin coffee from Dunks’.

I don’t touch flavored coffees, lattes or any other kind of coffee product. Just straight drip coffee for me, thus my disgust with Starbucks.

McDonalds actually has tasty coffee but I just can’t bring myself to go to McD’s and there aren’t many around either.

McDonalds has always had wicked good coffee. Newman’s Own, babeh.

I love just plain coffee flavored coffee as well, but I so enjoy the seasonal flavors.

10 miles is not exactly far…

Granted, I probably have 3 within a mile of my house but still.

10 miles is really far for Greater Boston standards, though. If I walked a straight 10 miles from my house in Somerville, I pass through like 5 cities.

Yea, but she seems to be talking Missouri standards which I would imagine is not that bad. Means there is one within 20 minutes.

By the way, I like that you tell me that you would go through 5 cities as if I didn’t know the area…

Boondock Saints?

… It takes a special person to survive life in the boondocks… Or maybe the boondocks is where all the “special” people get stashed?

On the DD coffee…. Way better when you buy the beans, tke them home to grind and brew to your desired strength. I like strong coffee so most shops disappoint in that area, some are better than others though.

surrounded by examples of both

special people who survive & thrive (MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE) and “special” people stashed out here…but it’s okay; we can deal with the weirdos…

this is where everyone owns @ least one gun…and probably more like 21…and you go to hunters safety class with your friends every night for a month in fifth or sixth grade…and bowhunting is totally ok…and when you’re comparing boys and girls in elementary school, “GUNS” goes under both columns.

Ha. let’s play a guessing game.
How many guns do y’all think are stashed in the guest bathroom in the basement of my house??
even my firends from iowa couldn’t guess.

well, no

it’s st louis standards, which are actually very much like greater boston standards. st louis county is set up a lot like greater boston, lots of little towns/cities in a really small radius. :D
