So last night, the NHL and NHLPA had a joint press conference after meeting for hours without Gary Bettman or Don Fehr. Which is cool, I guess. I'm still holding out for them to actually announce a deal before I get too psyched up but there certainly are people who think we're almost there.

Of course, Gary is going to be re-joining the talks soon enough. Happy Wednesday!
