Look at the chart, David. Our winning percentage has gone down lately.

.500 - The winning percentage of the Boston Bruins during the months of January and February.

After a the nearly perfect months of November and December, a time when Boston had a winning percentage of .840, the team has regressed to .500 for the last two months. While it was unlikely that Boston could sustain the .840 clip for the entire season, the poor play combined with injuries to a number of key players have contributed to Boston's move toward the middle.
