Thursday Morning Skate: Looney for Spooney

Who is the fork and knife?

Yesterday the always-informative and excellent Kirk Luedeke released the third part of his "Top 30 Bruins prospects" list yesterday. Obviously, Dougie Hamilton tops the list, as he's basically expected to jump into the NHL this year if possible. However, I was slightly surprised (because I barely pay attention to prospects, mostly) to see that Ryan Spooner was #2 on the list. Now I suppose this shouldn't be a big surprise as he was a standout at training camp last year and then played in the OHL before coming down to Providence for a couple of games at the end of the year.

Highlight:

Gee whiz, what a sweet goal. Looks pretty good in (Frontenac) black and gold.
