Per the team's site, Patrice Bergeron has signed a lockout deal with HC Lugano in the Swiss League. He plays TyTy's HC Biel on October 20th, so that should be fun. He joins former teammate Glen Metropolit, who is tied for the team lead in points.
Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask arrived in Plzen and practiced with his new team today, before giving an interview to the Czech media. He had no issues getting to Europe, and plans to play in a game by the end of the week.
