BU and BC were reading off different scripts last night and now the beanpot final will be BC eviscerating Northeastern instead of BU. After all, it's after February 1. BC just doesn't really have a habit of losing at this time of year. So unless Kevin Roy can drop a hattie on BC and drag Northeastern to its first Beanpot win in an embarrassingly long time, congratulations BC on another beanpot win.

On a tangentially related note, I would love the SEC to get into div1 hockey with half as much gusto as they do football. We would probably see fewer NCAA players get bought by OHL teams. That would be nice.
