Tonight, the Women's Division 1 Frozen Four begins.
Boston College plays Minnesota at 6pm
The Minnesota Golden Gophers, led by Amanda "yes, that" Kessel, who racked up 3.00 points per game through Minnesota's perfect season. Yeah, they went 39-0-0 in the regular season, and have extended that win streak through to the semifinals. It's a pretty incredible run, and I hope they keep it up. Not only because I think BC is stupid and smells, but also because - SURPISE! - I'm a big homer for Minnesota.
Boston University plays Mercyhurst at 9pm
Go figure, BU makes it to the frozen four as well. I don't know anything about both teams, and it's tough choosing between BU (gross) and Mercyhurst (who?). I don't really like any hockey teams in Pennsylvania, either. Hmm.
