Powerplay blunders

So, I'm not sure if I can use this whole "Fan Post" area for more of personal beliefs on Bruins' matters, but I'm going to right now.

It's not news that Boston is ranked 30th in the league for 5 on 4 chances. They have well over 20 minutes less on the powerplay than the team ranked 29th, the Winnipeg Jets. It's also not news that the Bruins have one of the worst powerplays in the league. I mean they won the 2011 Stanley Cup with a terrible powerplay, so for the most part the power play isn't the main concern of this team. But somethings on the man advantage just grind my gears. For instance, Tyler Seguin on the point.

Claude wants someone to step up and quarterback the PP, and I totally understand that. Though I don't see it being Seguin from the point. The kid is an offensive weapon. He's got great hands, excellent speed, and definitely has some moves in his arsenal. Maybe Jagr, with his mass amounts of knowledge and whatnot, can work a PP. I'm pretty sure that's what everyone's hoping at least.

Whether or not Jagr can act as Claude's "QB" I'm still questioning some of his decisions such as using Segs on the point? Or why is Peverley out there? I mean I do like the way he plays, mainly shorthanded, but the point is to put your most productive guys out there, and of course throwing some size in there. I'd love to just see the second line on the ice, with Chara and Boychuck on the blue line and even though that line definitely isn't huge, in my opinion it'd be better than what's out there now.
My ideal first unit would probably be Krejci, Seguin, and Jagr, with Chara and Seids. And then Horton, Bergy, and Marchand with Dougie and Boychuck(?) When McQuaid comes back he could be put in there as a different piece on the blue line if that's preferred.

I just think the powerplay needs more of a forward push than Julien gives it, which also brings up the question, how will Claude handle having an offensive player like Jagr here in his team so structured around defense? Personally, because Jagr is an offensive veteran, I could see him just going out and doing his thing and being okay. Thoughts?
