I'm new to posting, so forgive me if this doesn't belong here. I have an ill-timed vacation to London coming up (booked during the lockout), and am looking to organize some Bruins fans to watch Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals vs. the Blackhawks on Saturday, June 15, starting at 1am London local time.
I've been in contact with The Sports Cafe in London that noted they are willing to stay open for the entire game (bars typically close around midnight) as long as there are 25-30 viewers for the game, and are all in the venue by midnight.
For those wondering, the bar said they can't stay open for Game 1 on Wednesday, June 12 due to maintenance during weekdays. They anticipate being done with the maintenance for Games 3 and 4 (June 17 & 19), and the same deal would be in effect: at least 25 people watching, in the venue before midnight.
Feel free to contact me via Twitter if you have any questions.
Again, sorry if this doesn't belong in the Fanposts, but desperate to be able to watch as much of the Cup as possible.
