Game Notes:
- Typically major line changes make me anxious, but I like these. If Claude Julien is going to bring David Pastrnak up, I say give him a chance to play with some skilled veterans. I really like the potential of a Lucic-Soderberg line, too. A little variety could be what it takes for the Bruins to improve on scoring.
- If Chris Kelly gets cleared by the medical staff, he should be "good to go" for tonight's game, per Claude Julien.
- The effort was there in Monday's 3-2 overtime loss against Pittsburgh. Torey Krug says "we're happy with where we're at, but not satisfied." People always say that in sports, but it is actually applicable in this situation. We really want to see Bruins make the effort count and produce goals, obviously. Effort is great but winning is cool too.
NEVER FORGET:
"And Daniel Paille continues his hot streak…"
