It has finally come down to the two key moments voted by all of you.  It comes as no surprise that the Montreal Canadiens are a part of each of these moments.  Nathan Horton's series clinching goal takes the cake for the post season moments while the full line brawl between the Bruins and Canadiens including a scrap between Tim Thomas and Carey Price is the unanimous regular season winner.

It is no surprise at all that after these recent playoffs that there would be a Thomas and Horton moment fighting for a spot in the finals.  Without the effort from this pair of heroes it is almost certain that the Bruins would be working on year forty with no Cup win.   This is the playoff momant finals round, the winner moves on the face the regular season winner.

Greatest Moment of the 2010-11 season: Horton vs. Krejci

Today starts round two of the Greatest moment of the 2010-11 season.  In round one Nathan Horton's game seven winning goal against Montreal edged out Micheal Ryder's ridiculous glove save and David Krejci's slaughter of the Flyer's barley squeaked by Honorary captain Bobby Orr.  Horton  and Krejci know a thing or two about game winning goals.  Out of a possible sixteen playoff game winning goals, the pair had seven of them alone.   Making that one goal shy an impressing 50%.

There are so many key moments of the Stanley Cup Finals last season, however these two may strand out over all of the rest of them.  Nathan Horton won the heart's of Bruins fans all over, but this emotional moment where he poured the Boston water on the Vancouver ice sent chills down the backs of many of their fans.  Tim Thomas is usually on this list for making a heroic save, but this time Tomas decided to make the save before the puck came to him by knocking Henrik Sedin out of his crease and onto the ice.
