Bruins Goalie Camp underway in Wilmington

Bruins goaltending coach Bob Essensa is working with goalies Tuukka Rask, Matt Dalton, Nolan Schaefer, Adam Courchaine, and Michael Hutchinson this morning at Ristuccia Arena in Wilmington. According to the Boston Globe's Fluto Shinzawa, Tim Thomas was also on the ice briefly to work on his edge work, but did not take any shots. Bruins prospects Max Suave, Brad Marchand, and Jamie Arniel also stopped by to test the B's puckstoppers.

Quiet Day in Wilmington

The Bruins had an optional on-ice workout this morning. Byron Bitz, David Krejci, Dennis Wideman, Chuck Kobasew, Tim Thomas, and Manny Fernandez participated in the on-ice workout with assistant coach Doug Houda and goaltending coach Bob Essensa, while the rest of the team worked out off the ice.

Quiet Day in Wilmington

Most of the Bruins were given the day off from on-ice training today. Only Manny Fernandez, Byron Bitz, Mark Stuart, Matt Hunwick, and Blake Wheeler skated today under the guidance of assistant coaches Doug Houda and Craig Ramsay and goaltending coach Bob Essensa. The rest of the players worked out off the ice. There is still no real updates on the injuries to Petteri Nokelainen and Chuck Kobasew. Boston.com is reporting that Nokelainen had a doctor's appointment today to examine his eye. Chuck Kobasew was at the rink today for treatment, but Claude Julien doesn't know if he will be able to practice tomorrow.
