Fred Toucher from Toucher & Rich on WBCN was at Fenway Park for the Winter Classic press conference and conducted some interviews with Cam Neely, Patrice Bergeron, Shawn Thornton, and Aaron Ward. Some highlights from the interviews included Fred trying to get Bergy to rip on Sidney Crosby's "playof beard", Shawn Thornton talking about tearing up the field at Fenway while shooting a NESN ad, and a hungover Aaron Ward sweating his way through the press conference. Ward talked about his offseason plans, returning to North Carolina and dealing with ignorant hockey fans, what it would be like to fish with Charlie Moore, and Darren McCarty's band Grinder. Aaron Ward was on Toucher & Rich this morning and spoke candidly about the incident with Scott Walker, the playoff series, and threw some well deserved trash talk Mike Milbury's way.

WBCN is auctioning off a suite for Game 5 for you and 3 of your friends to hang out with Bruins alumni. All proceeds go to the Bruins Foundation. The current high bid is $410, which isn't that bad. I'm guessing the bids are going to climb, though.

Aaron Ward was on Toucher & Rich this morning talking about how he used to hang out with Detroit Tigers players Bobby Higginson, Todd Jones, and Kirk Gibson. Ward also talked about facing his former team in round 2. Ward thinks that the Hurricanes use some of the same systems that the used when he was there.
