I figured that the NHL Awards Show might be a good event to have an open thread for. There will probably be more missing teeth and ill-fitting tuxedos than a high school prom in Appalachia. Plus, there is the possibility of hearing Alex Ovechkin give an acceptance speech, which is always fun. Maybe a few Bruins will even bring home some hardware.
