Fresh off a gutsy 2-1 shootout win over the San Jose Sharks on Thursday night, the Bruins will look to wrap up their 3-game California road trip with a win over the Los Angeles Kings this afternoon at the Staples Center. The Kings also put an end to their own 3-game slump on Thursday night when they shutout the Anaheim Ducks 4-0.

Injury Report
Notes:
- According to Fluto Shinzawa of the Boston Globe, Mark Stuart should be considered probable for this afternoon's game. David Krejci will be a game-time decision. Krejci missed Thursday's game against the Sharks with what we now know is a lower body injury.
- Former Bruins netminder Bill Ranford is in his fourth season as the Kings goaltending coach.
- In an effort to promote Hollywood's latest steaming pile of turd family comedy "The Tooth Fairy", the LA Kings are making Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson an honorary King for today's game. This comes just days after the Kings hosted the cast of "Jersey Shore" at a game. It has been reported that the arena crew at Staples Center has been hard at work the past couple of days trying to clean up spray tan and hair product stains from the arena's seats.
- Stanley Cup of Chowder correspondent Tim Morrison is on the scene at the Staples Center for today's game.
- I don't think the Bruins held a morning skate today, so there is no word yet on whar the lineup will look like.
- Puck drop is scheduled for 4:00 PM ET and can be seen on NESN. The Public Skate open thread starts right here at 3:30.
