Bruins Olympic Report 2/14

Six members of the Boston Bruins will be making the trip to Vancouver to compete in the 2010 Winter Olympics. Goalie Tim Thomas was selected to represent the United States. Patrice Bergeron will lace 'em up for our neighbor's to the north, as the heavily-favored Canadian team shoots for the Gold on home soil. Zdeno Chara and Miroslav Satan will skate for Slovakia, while David Krejci was named to the Czech Republic team and Marco Sturm will make his 3rd appearance at the Olympics for Germany.

The action gets underway on Tuesday, February 16th when Team USA takes the ice against Switzerland and runs through the Gold Medal Game on February 28th.

Group C: Germany, Sweden, Finland, Belarus
