1 - Career hat tricks by Tyler Seguin who recorded his first ever three goal NHL game on Saturday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The hat trick gives Seguin seven so far in 12 games this season, which is a significant upgrade on the 11 total goals in 74 games during the 2010-11 season.

And a Seguin vs. Maple Leafs stat wouldn't be complete without noting that Phil Kessel recorded zero points and finished -1 on the evening.
