Ahh, first win against the Habs of the season, feels good. Okay, preseason but anytime the Bruins beat the Montreal Canadiens in any type of bout, it's awesome. Plus, an unassisted and shorthanded goal from Zdeno Chara was pretty hilarious.
This game showed a tighter Bruins roster after a bunch of cuts the team made following their 6-3 victory over the New York Islanders in preseason on Friday. Some Boston fans may be sad to see a few prospects go but junior hockey fans certainly rejoiced.
After the jump, an awesome picture, Patrice Bergeron got his number officially retired by his junior team (!!!), "Battle of the Blades" has begun and the Pat Burns Arena in Quebec. Plus much more!!!
