Thank god that's over.

The Bruins have their busiest month ahead of them now, with 17 games in 31 days. There is only one break longer than a day this month, and multiple back-to-backs. Can they handle the intensified schedule? Hopefully they can at finish off with a bang, especially with a group of Chowder-ites heading to New York City and Long Island at the end of the month. (look at my stealth edit) (so stealthy) (PS, how is the planning for that going?)

  • The Bruins are now fielding eight defensemen, with the addition of Mike Mottau and Greg Zanon. With the injury to Boychuk, that's only seven for now, but still, they're welcoming the logjam. [Enterprise News]
