Preview:

Tonight's a big night at the TD Garden. The Bruins are the only remaining undefeated Flortheast team, thanks to a timely loss by the Canadiens last night. Lifelong Bruins enemy Patrick Roy is back in town behind the Avs' bench, and after his display of rage the other night, that could get mighty interesting. Both teams are undefeated. The Avs aren't starting their best goalie. Can the Bruins pull this one out?

The last time the Avalanche were in town was exactly two years ago today. That game ended 1-0, and featured Tuukka Rask vs. Semyon Varlamov. It was also one of Gabriel Landeskog's first games. That game was neat in that it featured three top-three picks from the prior three years; Landeskog, Tyler Seguin, and Matt Duchene. This year's game again features three top-three guys, only this time they're all on the Avs' side of the ice - newcomer Nathan MacKinnon rounds out the set for the Avs.

Former Bruin Matt Hunwick will likely not be in the lineup tonight. How sad.
