Matt Benning (Northeastern University)
Northeastern defeated UMass-Lowell 4-2 on Saturday in its only game this week. The Huskies, Benning included, looked much better on defense than they did the week before against BC. Their penalty kill needs work, though, especially considering how many they take (a lot). Benning was on the ice for both Lowell power play goals.

Brian Ferlin (Cornell University)

Ryan Fitzgerald (Boston College)
BC cleaned house this weekend winning 5-1 over arch-rival BU at Agganis Arena and then 11-0 over Army. Happy Veterans Day, I guess. Fitzgerald had an assist and a team high six shots on Friday and a goal and two assists on Sunday.

Zane Gothberg (University of North Dakota)
North Dakota split its series with University of Nebraska-Omaha, with a 4-2 loss and a 3-2 win. Gothberg was in net for the loss, allowing three goals on 30 shots.

Mitch Dempsey (Kitchener Dutchmen)
In case you missed it, Dempsey has joined the Kitchener Dutchmen of the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League. The Dutchmen won both games this week, 2-1 over Listowel and 3-0 over Guelph. The team's now won 16 straight games. Dempsey, who was added to the Dutchmen on the 6th, did not play this weekend, unsurprisingly.

Adam Morrison (South Carolina Stingrays)
The Stingrays went 2-1 this week, winning 4-2 over Greenville then splitting with Evansville with a 3-2 overtime loss and a 6-5 overtime loss. Morrison appeared in the week's final game, stopping 37 shots for his second win of the season.

Peter Cehlarik (Luleå)
It appears Cehlarik has rejoined his former club, Luleå, of the Swedish Elite League. Cehlarik was loaned out to Asplöven earlier this year going 5-8-13 in 17 games. Luleå was defeated by Färjestads (which loosely translated to Detroit Red Wings) 3-0 in its lone game of the week. Cehlarik was a scratch.
