Preview:

IT IS PILE ON THE ISLE TIME. This is my first Pile on the Isle. It should be a special time.

The Islanders should be taking every advantage of being in the Metropolitan Division, but have only managed a 5-5-3 record so far. Recently, they dealt one of their top scorers for the top scorer from another horrible team - Thomas Vanek, Bruins Killer, is now an Islander. Great.

The Bruins should be seeing Evgeni Nabokov in goal tonight, and likely will field Tuukka Rask against him at the other end. If Detroit and Tampa each lose, the Bruins have the opportunity to leap into second place in the Flortheast.

NEVER FORGET:

Ryan Spooner's first rookie game!
