Preview:

So no Tim Thomas in net tonight as he continues to recover from a lower body injury. Something tells me that maybe taking a year off from the game at 38 and expecting to hop right back in when all is said in done just isn't really working out for Timmy at this point. Which is sort of a damn shame, really.

The Panthers have won exactly as many games as the Sabres so far this year, and that's pretty gross. These two teams are dragging down the Flortheast, and that's unacceptable.

Old friend Brad Boyes is playing on the Panthers' fourth line right now; with Thomas out, look for oh...everyone to try to make that into the ~Boston connection of the night.~ Good times.
